Today’s episode begins with Anupama asking Prerna what happened in Delhi. Prerna finally reveals the truth and shocks Anupama by saying that she once kissed Prem. Anupama is stunned hearing this.
Anupama then asks Prerna what Prem said after that incident. Prerna replies that Prem never loved her and never encouraged her feelings. Hearing this, Anupama feels a little relieved but questions how Prerna can still stay in Rahi’s house after everything.
Prerna says Rahi is her close friend and gave her the place of a sister. Hearing this, Anupama remembers her past with Kavya and fears that history might repeat with Rahi.
Prerna says she truly loves Prem and cannot control her feelings. Anupama strongly warns her that loving a married man is wrong. Prerna argues that times have changed, but Anupama says marriage and the meaning of sindoor will never change.
At that moment Prem arrives and stops Prerna. He tells Anupama that he had already warned Prerna about her behavior. He also reveals that he had told Rahi about the incident earlier, but Prerna had begged him not to tell her at that time.
Just then, Anupama is shocked to see Rahi standing behind them. Rahi has heard everything.
Prem tries to explain that he never did anything wrong and apologizes for hiding the truth. Prerna also apologizes to Rahi and admits that her love for Prem is one-sided.
Rahi says she trusts Prem completely but she is hurt because he hid the truth from her. Anupama explains that hiding the truth can slowly break trust in a marriage.
Later, Anupama angrily tells Prerna to leave the house and stay away from Prem and Rahi. Prerna begs for another chance and says she has no one in the world.
However, Rahi makes a surprising decision. She says Prerna can continue working with Prem on the café project because the deal happened due to her efforts.
Anupama strongly opposes this decision and warns Rahi that such situations can destroy relationships. But Rahi believes she trusts Prem completely and that nothing will happen.
Rahi sets strict conditions for Prerna and warns her never to repeat such a mistake again. Prem also promises Rahi that he will never hide anything from her again.

Today’s episode focused on Prerna’s confession and the tension between trust and betrayal. Rahi’s decision to keep Prerna in the project may create bigger problems in the future. Anupama clearly fears that her painful past might repeat in her daughter’s life.
