The episode begins with Aishwarya noticing Bunty confronting Yuvi. Bunty asks Yuvi where Dua is and reminds him that he had called her to meet him. He wonders if Yuvi had a fight with her. However, Yuvi ignores him and quickly runs away. Suspicious, Bunty starts chasing him. Aishwarya becomes worried, fearing that Yuvi might ruin her plan.
Meanwhile, Mannat asks Dhairya to take Vikrant away from the situation. She apologizes to Yashika and returns the ring to her. Yashika becomes furious and questions Mannat’s intentions. She accuses Mannat of spiking Vikrant’s drink to sabotage her engagement. Yashika calls Mannat cheap and questions why she has come back into Vikrant’s life. She claims Mannat only returned because she needs money.
Mannat tries to explain the truth, but Yashika loses control and continues accusing her of plotting against her. She alleges that Mannat created a drama around Neetu’s surgery just to manipulate Vikrant into signing an agreement and bring her daughter closer to him. Yashika even insults Mannat’s mother, saying Mannat learned such tricks from her.
When Yashika begins speaking badly about Dua, Mannat loses her patience and slaps her. Mannat warns her not to speak ill about her mother or daughter again.
At the same time, Dua is trapped inside a freezer and struggles to breathe. She remembers Dhairya’s advice about staying calm during emergencies. Gathering courage, she takes deep breaths and looks for a way out. She eventually manages to open the freezer door.
Just then, Aishwarya appears and grabs Dua by the neck. Dua tries to see her face and scratches her hand in self-defense. Aishwarya pushes her back into the freezer and locks it again. She thinks that although she failed to kill Mannat earlier, she can now eliminate her daughter.
Back outside, Yashika angrily asks Mannat how she dared to slap her. Mannat firmly replies that she will not hesitate to slap her again if she insults her family. Mallika attempts to defend Yashika, but Mannat warns her as well. Mallika leaves to bring Vikrant.
Yashika complains to Vikrant that Mannat insulted his fiancée. Mannat clarifies that she only reacted because Yashika insulted her mother. She declares that she would slap Yashika a thousand times for such disrespect.
Yashika demands Vikrant take her side. Vikrant tries to whistle but fails due to his condition, so he asks Dhairya for help. Dhairya assists him. Vikrant then openly expresses his love for Mannat and asks her to take him back.
Mannat feels conflicted but cannot leave him alone. She decides to take him away from there. Meanwhile, Vishaka tries to provoke Dhairya by saying Mannat chose Vikrant because she is greedy and still loves him. Dhairya stops her immediately and warns her not to poison his mind against Mannat.
Later, Mannat confronts Vikrant and asks why he is suddenly expressing love for her. She reminds him that he once left her alone and questions where he was during the difficult years she faced. Mannat believes that once Vikrant regains his senses, he will forget everything again. She accuses him of showing fake love.
However, Vikrant insists that his love is real and that he never forgot her even after all these years. He says he has always lived with her memories.
Meanwhile, Yashika grows more frustrated with Mannat. Mallika and Vishaka continue trying to manipulate Dhairya against Mannat, but Dhairya firmly rejects their attempts and walks away.
Later, Mannat breaks down while sharing her pain with Vikrant and reveals everything she endured alone. Overwhelmed with emotions, she pushes him away, but Vikrant pulls her close. Mannat then splashes water on his face.
