The 50 16 March 2026 Episode Update: Rajat’s Betrayal and Power Plays Explaine

Episode Recap: The 50 – Double Eliminations and Power Plays

The episode begins with Digvijay confident that his alliance will save him. Nehal, however, reflects that in the game, anyone can flip at any time. Lion reassures that Krishna is safe, while Hamid suspects the plan was designed to save Digvijay. Krishna silently prays for Nehal’s safety.

The tension peaks when Lion announces the exit order: Digvijay is leaving, and Nehal is safe. Rajat is stunned and asks how this happened, while Manisha labels it as a betrayal. Shiv expresses confusion over who flipped the vote. Hamid regrets not voting for Digvijay. Digvijay remains composed, stating he isn’t shocked. Arushi feels sympathetic for Digvijay and is upset at Prince, believing he manipulated her and Hamid to vote against Digvijay.

Digvijay takes the high road, expressing pride in playing with morals and values. He confronts Rajat, telling him not to call him “brother” if he doesn’t mean it. Rajat remains silent. Manisha reiterates her view of betrayal. Digvijay encourages Hamid to play well and leaves. The players speculate Rajat’s role in the flip, with Manisha convinced he orchestrated it.

Meanwhile, Shiny warns Prince that being nice and loyal only makes girls a “vote bank,” reflecting the harsh realities of the game. Krishna observes Shiny’s mindset, realizing she plays purely for herself without expecting loyalty. Rajat seems subtly affected by Digvijay’s departure, while Arushi questions Faisu about why his team saved Nehal and Divya instead of Digvijay. Faisu reveals he acted on Rajat’s instructions, causing confusion and tension among the players.

The next day, Archana arrives in a saree. Lion appears and announces a new task requiring two teams of 10 players each, with a reward of up to 3 lakhs. Rajat and Krishna become team captains. The challenge involves passing rice flour without using hands, and chaos ensues as some players intentionally waste the flour while others grind it diligently. Krishna, despite being a “silver spoon,” puts in extra effort, guided by Archana and supported by Vikrant.

The teams compete fiercely, and Krishna’s team emerges victorious, earning 3 lakhs and Mamaearth gift hampers. Post-task, Ridhi discusses player dynamics with Yuvika, reflecting on alliances and insecurities. Lakshya shares personal insights about his family, while Ridhi confronts Siwet about his sudden silence, revealing tension caused by Shiny’s feelings of exclusion.

In a solo challenge, Lion blinds and ties Krishna and Nehal, tasking them with unlocking six locks to earn keys. Nehal completes the dare successfully, earning two lakhs for her team and gaining an advantage, while Krishna struggles with the locks, revealing her disadvantage.

Back in the dorm, Archana notices Faisu sleeping while playing pillow fights with the rest. She insists on keeping an eye on him, highlighting the playful yet strategic environment.

Precap:
Archana breaks down emotionally due to her interaction with Siwet, who dismisses her feelings as acting. Lion announces that the next phase will test individual survival. Shiny, frustrated with the ongoing dynamics, considers stepping back.

Our Take:
Nehal proves herself as a strong contender, earning a well-deserved advantage. Ridhi appears to be manipulating Shiny’s position alongside Siwet, but Shiny seems unaware of this strategy. The episode leaves viewers questioning how Shiny will respond to Ridhi’s tactics, what advantage Nehal will leverage, and how Krishna will cope with her disadvantage.
