Kaveri’s Qawwali Party Brings Celebration and Hidden Tension
Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins on a colorful and festive note as Manisha warmly welcomes everyone to Kaveri’s special qawwali-themed party. The entire Poddar family arrives dressed according to the grand musical theme, creating a lively atmosphere inside the house.
Manoj jokingly asks Manisha to speak more dramatically since everyone is dressed traditionally for the event. Kaveri feels happy seeing the beautiful arrangements and appreciates everyone’s efforts. Meanwhile, Manisha notices Mukti wearing men’s attire and questions her unusual look. Madhav also becomes curious and asks the reason behind her outfit.
Mukti confidently explains that since Myra will represent the girls’ team during the qawwali face-off, she decided to join the men’s side to make the competition more exciting. Manoj immediately asks Mukti to officially join their team, but Manisha playfully says Mukti can switch sides only after the girls win the competition.
At the same time, Sanjay and Krish unexpectedly return home. Kajal questions why they did not inform her earlier about joining the party. Krish coldly replies that she can simply wish Kaveri and avoid participating in the fancy dress celebrations. Sanjay adds that they attended the event only because he does not want society to think the Poddars completely abandoned the Bansals.
Kajal feels hurt hearing his words and says Sanjay cares more about public opinion than family emotions. Krish agrees and remarks that someone in the family must think practically about society’s judgments.
Meanwhile, Kaveri quietly gives an important responsibility to Mukti and Myra. She asks them to bring Abhira and Arman emotionally closer before the upcoming Vat Savitri puja. Her words hint that despite all the family drama, she still hopes to see peace and love between the couple again.
Abhira and Arman Share Emotional Moments Amid Family Drama
The emotional atmosphere shifts when Abhira and Arman unexpectedly come face-to-face at the party. Both become completely mesmerized seeing each other after so much tension between them. Abhira gets emotional after learning that Arman successfully cleared Rajat’s name in Meher’s case.
Touched by his efforts, Abhira decides they should share the good news with Mukti together. Their emotional connection becomes visible once again as they struggle to hide their feelings in front of the family. For a brief moment, both seem lost in each other’s presence.
Meanwhile, another awkward moment unfolds when Abhira apologizes to Disha’s family. Disha immediately questions why Abhira is apologizing when Krish is actually responsible for the conflict. Damyanti also agrees and says Krish should be the one apologizing.
Elsewhere, Manisha notices Rishab entering the party and initially assumes he came uninvited. She sharply questions him and demands he call his family immediately. However, Damyanti surprises everyone by introducing Rishab as her grandson. Embarrassed by the misunderstanding, Manisha quickly welcomes him warmly.
Soon, Kajal encourages everyone to begin the qawwali competition. Abhira and Arman end up performing from opposite teams, creating a playful yet emotional rivalry between them. During the performance, both secretly imagine celebrating together privately away from all the family tensions.
Their chemistry becomes impossible to ignore as emotions slowly overpower the festive environment around them.
Krish and Aryan’s Clash Shocks the Poddar Family
The celebration takes a dramatic turn when Arman notices Krish’s growing anger during the event. Tanya requests Krish to apologize to Disha and peacefully end the matter, but Krish refuses completely.
Instead, he accuses Disha of unnecessarily interfering in his life and constantly giving unwanted advice. Aryan immediately defends Disha and says Krish is hurting her emotionally. But Krish grows even more aggressive and says if Disha has so much free time, she should focus on getting a job instead of interfering in others’ matters.
His harsh comments shock everyone present. Meanwhile, Kaveri tries to lighten the atmosphere by performing qawwali with Myra, Madhav, and Manisha, but the tension surrounding Krish continues increasing.
Krish suddenly explodes in anger and accuses the entire family of interfering too much in his personal life. Arman steps in and firmly asks Krish to apologize to Disha for disrespecting her. However, Krish refuses again and insists that Disha should apologize for constantly advising him.
The situation spirals out of control when Aryan loses his temper and slaps Krish in front of everyone. The Poddar family stands stunned by the shocking incident. Furious, Krish attempts to hit Aryan back, but Arman immediately stops him and once again demands that Krish apologize to Disha.
Sanjay takes Krish’s side and defends him despite his rude behavior, while Aryan openly criticizes Krish for crossing all limits. The family conflict leaves the festive celebration completely ruined.
The episode ends with emotional tension rising inside the Poddar house as relationships become increasingly complicated.

In the upcoming episode, Kaveri asks Aryan to apologize to Krish for raising his hand against him. However, Arman firmly says Krish must apologize first for insulting Disha. He even declares that if Krish had behaved the same way with Abhira, he would have reacted similarly. Abhira then says violence should always remain the last option unless both sides are equally involved in the conflict. Her statement shocks Arman.

The episode balanced emotional romance and intense family drama quite effectively. Abhira and Arman’s emotional moments added warmth to the storyline, while Krish’s aggressive behavior created strong conflict inside the family. However, the growing differences between Abhira and Arman continue becoming more visible, especially whenever moral decisions or family issues arise.
