Laughter Chefs 7th June 2026 Written Update: Sargun Mehta Replaces Tejasswi in a Shocking Twist

Tejasswi’s Birthday Celebration Turns Into a Hilarious Elimination Prank

The episode begins with Bharti Singh announcing that the cast will be celebrating Tejasswi Prakash’s birthday. However, instead of receiving birthday wishes, Tejasswi becomes the target of a playful prank. The contestants enter holding placards claiming that “Teja is Number 6” and jokingly insist that she is no longer fit to remain in the competition.

Bharti then shocks everyone by announcing that, for the first time, there will be an elimination during the ongoing season. She asks the audience which contestant they would like to eliminate, and to Tejasswi’s surprise, most of the hands are raised in her name. Bharti dramatically escorts Tejasswi off the set while the contestants continue teasing her.

Tejasswi argues that the audience has made the wrong decision, while Bharti jokingly tells Arjun Bijlani that he should be happy now. Tejasswi promises that she will not argue anymore, but Bharti reveals that she can only remain on the set as an audience member because Arjun’s new partner is about to be introduced.

Sargun Mehta Replaces Tejasswi—For a While

The prank reaches its peak when Bharti welcomes Sargun Mehta as Arjun’s new partner. Arjun immediately breaks into a celebratory dance, leaving everyone laughing. Watching from the audience section, Tejasswi can only react as the show moves on to the first cooking challenge.

Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi introduces a special Punjabi dish, Amritsari Satpura, and explains the cooking criteria and stuffing requirements. While most contestants appear confused by the recipe, Tejasswi confidently comments that the dish seems quite simple.

Vicky Jain takes the opportunity to tease Arjun, saying that he suddenly looks like a senior contestant after getting Sargun as his partner and that he had looked like a junior chef throughout the season with Tejasswi.

Ankita’s Teasing Creates More Laughter

The teasing continues when Ankita Lokhande repeatedly sings the now-famous “Teja is Number 6” song. Her constant singing prompts Ali Goni and Krishna Abhishek to escort her out of the set. Tejasswi immediately reacts and rushes to defend her friend.

Moments later, Ankita returns and starts singing the same song again, sending the cast into another round of laughter. Sargun jokingly comments that if everyone keeps screaming, she may have to take a vow of silence for the next two days.

Gippy Grewal and Binny Dhillon Enter the Show

The entertainment level rises further when Gippy Grewal and Binny Dhillon arrive on the show to promote their film Carry On. The entire cast welcomes them warmly, and the actors share interesting stories about their film and family background.

Soon, everyone joins them in performing the film’s popular hook step, turning the set into a mini celebration.

After tasting the dishes, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi announces Tejasswi-Arjun and Karan Kundrra-Elvish Yadav as the winners of the first cooking challenge.

Krishna Abhishek’s Sanju Baba Act Steals the Spotlight

A hilarious segment follows when Tejasswi repeatedly says the word “Baba.” Suddenly, an angry man storms onto the set and starts creating chaos. The mystery man is eventually revealed to be Krishna Abhishek in a comic “Sanju Baba” avatar.

Krishna jokingly complains that ever since Tejasswi started saying “Baba,” mothers have stopped teaching the word to their children. He even claims that Baba Ramdev is frustrated by her obsession with the word.

His hilarious act, funny dialogues, and playful teasing of Tejasswi leave everyone laughing throughout the segment.

Thalipeeth Challenge and Birthday Celebration

For the second round, Chef Harpal introduces the traditional Maharashtrian dish Thalipeeth. After explaining the challenge, Bharti sends the pantry runners to collect the ingredients.

During the challenge, Rahul Vaidya suddenly asks where Tejasswi’s birthday cake is. Instead of a grand cake, assistants arrive carrying several small pastries. Krishna jokingly suggests combining them into one giant cake.

The contestants quickly begin enjoying the treats, leaving Tejasswi annoyed that nobody waited for her before starting the celebration. Bharti then gathers everyone together to properly wish the birthday girl and celebrate the occasion.

Second Round Winners

After carefully judging the dishes, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi announces Ali Goni-Jannat Zubair and Tejasswi Prakash-Arjun Bijlani as the winners of the second round.

With birthday celebrations, celebrity guests, comedy acts, and exciting cooking challenges, the episode ends on a cheerful and entertaining note.

Precap

The contestants prepare for another exciting cooking challenge as Bharti promises more surprises and unexpected twists. New tasks, hilarious arguments, and intense competition await in the upcoming episode.
